Unit 3

  1. Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
A- 8. My physical is good because of the background I have. I used to be in the military so I am always working on my physical wellbeing.
B-6. I tend to let things get to me more than I should or want to but I need to work on it a little more.
C-2. I really need to focus on this wellbeing a little more since I really don't know much about me in this subject.
  1. Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
physical- make sure I atleast do a exercise for 30 minutes a day.
spiritual- Let one less thing bother me a week and eventually a day to limit the amount of stress.
psychological- Just focus on this area the most  until I can find this out about myself.
  1. What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
Physical- Take my dog for a 30 minute walk everyday.
Spiritual- Write down one thing a week that I should not let get to me.
Psychological- Just learn more about it.
