My experience was beneficial. The workout section I had to reread about 4 times to understand stand it and jot down a few notes for rememberance. I have actually already told a few friends about this exercise and copied the pages for them. I was able to find that doing the exercises in the morning was easier for me rather than in the evening since I am exhausted by the time I am done.
- What is the concept of “Mental Workout? What does the research indicate are the proven benefits of a Mental Work Out? How can you implement mental workouts to foster your psychological health?
The concept of the Mental Workout is to further develop the mind and completely get rid of the self-centerdness in our lives. The love-kindness practice has benefits of a natrual and effortless apsect of higher consciousness. The subtle mind has benefits of progressing toward a stable and facile mind of calm-abiding.
I can implement that workouts by just completing a workout everyday. The more I can get my mind to do that SUBTLE MIND exercise, the better my calming will be. I tend to stress out about so many things that I can't ever be calm and just relax. I need to focus more on that right now than love.
